In addition, the firm works closely with members of the Mortgage Bankers
Association and members of the National Association of Realtors. Our knowledge
of mortgage laws helps us protect our clients’ interests through the
complex mortgage process. Teaming up with reputable, seasoned brokers, the firm
can guide each client towards obtaining a mortgage that fits his/her particular
commercial, residential or investment needs.
Finally, we are experienced in oversight of commercial construction and
frequently serve as development consultants overseeing the General Contractor’s
progress performance. In doing so we pay particular attention to timely
performance, proper documentation, code compliance and lender relations. We
understand construction-related lien, bonding and insurance
requirements and help clients navigate complex administrative,
building, zoning and health & safety regulations. The firm also represents
clients involved in real estate disputes, often successfully resolving
disagreements informally or through mediation or arbitration, and without
incurring the expense of court litigation. We balance our power to litigate with
